In 2007, Skylight hosted its first Client Conference. Since then, the conference has evolved to become one of the premier industry events on patient engagement and the patient experience. The first and largest conference focused on improving the patient experience through the use of interactive patient care systems, the Skylight Client Conference has experienced annual growth of 40 percent.

Each year, a highly energized and committed group of professionals from institutions ranging from private hospitals and University medical centers to integrated networks and specialty hospitals convene at the conference to share firsthand knowledge and gain insight from friends and colleagues that share a passion to further patient engagement and the patient experience.

The conference features presentations and insights from top healthcare leaders, including many of Skylight’s innovative hospital partners who share their experience addressing many of the challenges health care faces today. No matter what the size, each hospital partner uses interactive patient engagement technology to improve the quality of care, increase patient satisfaction, better manage the health of their populations, and reduce the overall costs of care.
